Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer(RTO)

This system thermally incinerates (oxidizes) volatile organic compounds (VOCs), odor-causing substances, and process-generated exhaust gases. By utilizing ceramic regenerative media, it achieves a heat recovery efficiency of over 95%, providing a highly economical solution.

RTO/RCO systems are available in two types: the Bed type (batch operation) and the Rotary type (continuous operation). Our company has developed a Rotary One-Can Type RTO/RCO that overcomes the limitations of the conventional Bed type. The external structure can be designed in either a rectangular or cylindrical form, allowing the optimal configuration to be selected according to installation conditions.
